$10.00 Challenge

I FAILED!!! Me and my sister set out this weekend to see what we could get for $10.00, good idea in theory I thought. Turns out I can't pass up a deal to save my life. I thought it would be fun to post pictures of our $10.00 challenge each week and then show you guys through out the week how I incorporate my finds into my home decor. Sounds fun right?

  

All together I spent $15.85, oops!! I got some great deals and cant wait to show you what I did with them!!

What A Beauty

$10.00 Challenge #1

I love weekends!! They mean yard sales and I love me a good deal!! I picked these two awesome side tables for.... $1.00 each!! I was so excited, I knew they would be perfect in my sister's house. They were a little beat up on the top but they are solid wood and I knew that they were meant to be black!! I snagged them up in the blink of an eye.

 This was my first ever furniture refinishing project and I must say I think it turned out amazing!!

Just looks at those lines!! I know it looks like we missed some spots, we didn't, I don't know why the pictures look like that!

I can't wait to redo some more furniture!!

I am sorry that this took me an extra day to get up, we are in the middle of potty training so all my time and energy has been focused on that. Amazing!!

I haven't checked on this little blog for a few days (life has been crazy!!) so I was so freaking happy when I opened it up and saw that I have 100 awesome followers!! Seriously you guys, Thank You!!
